چکیده
Since the concept of Manned-UnManned Teaming(MUM-T) and Unmanned Aircraft System(UAS) can efficiently respond to rapidly changing battle space, many studies are being conducted as key components mosaic warfare environment. In this paper, we propose a rule-based AI engagement model based on Basic Fighter Maneuver(BFM) capable Within-Visual-Range(WVR) air-to-air combat simulation environment in which human pilots participate. order develop that pilot fighter with 6-DOF dynamics model, tactical manuals experience were configured knowledge specifications modeled behavior tree structure. Based this, improved shortcomings existing air models. The proposed not only showed 100 % winning rate pilots, but also visualized decision-making processes such situations maneuvering behaviors real time. We expect results research will serve basis for development various AI-based models simulators training embedded software test platform fighter.

Agent-oriented Architecture for Air Combat Simulation
Air combat modelling using graphical simulation is a powerful means for development and evaluation of tactics. However, large models are particularly expensive and time-consuming to maintain and modify. Multi-aircraft full mission man-in-the-loop simulators will provide an even more complex programming environment. Agent-oriented architecture provides a suitable software environment for the dev...
متن کاملA flexible rule-based framework for pilot performance analysis in air combat simulation systems
Air combat simulation systems (ACSSs) are developed to train fighter pilots (trainees) in a virtual combat environment. In general, an ACSS consists of the following stages: planning the scenario, training, flight analysis, and performance evaluation. In this paper, the details of the framework, which is developed to analyze and evaluate the performance of the trainees, is introduced. First, th...
متن کاملGame Theoretic Analysis of an Air Combat Simulation Model
This paper presents a game theoretic approach to the validation of a discrete event air combat simulation model and the analysis of simulation results. In the approach, first game models are estimated based on simulation results. Then, the estimated games are compared to characteristics of real air combat which provides information on quality of the simulation results. The new game theoretic ap...
متن کاملReactive Planning in Air Combat Simulation
In real-world environments such in air combat missions the agents continuously receive perceptual inputs from the environment that is highly dynamic (unpredictable) and uncertain. The aircraft often have to reorganise themselves and to make decisions under time constraints. Two modes of control are thus necessary: planning and reaction. By planning we mean both building a course of action befor...
متن کاملTALUS - an object oriented air combat simulation
TALUS (TAktisk LUftkampSimulering) is a discrete event, Monte Carlo based air combat simulation model developed at the Norwegian Defence Research Establishment (Norwegian acronym: FFI). The model was requested by the Royal Norwegian Air Force (RNoAF), but will mainly be used for operational research at the FFI. The development took place in a small, well integrated project with the authority to...
